Sähkölämmitys vaihtui puulämmitykseen

Hiihtoloma loppui, ja hiihtoloman aikana peruslämpöä ylläpitänyt pieni lämpöpatteri vaihtui taas puulämmitykseen. Koko ”talvi” (sana lainausmerkeissä koska talvi tuli vasta tammikuun puolivälissä ja on taas ohi) on muuten lämmitetty heittämällä klapeja pariin puukiukaaseen, ja taas samaa rataa jatketaan tästä eteenpäin.

Nyt kun talossa ei oltu lämmitetty käytännössä lainkaan koko viikon aikana, niin keskikerroksen lämpötila oli edelleenkin pysynyt +7C asteen tienoilla:

Peruslämpöä piti yllä pieni öljylämpöpatteri:

Korkean olohuoneen alaosassa max. 500W öljylämpöpatteri piti lämmön +7C:ssä viikon ajan, kun yöpakkanen oli parhaimmillaan -6C. Suurimman osan ulkolämpötilat olivat hiihtoloman ajan nollan kieppeillä. Normaalisti patteri lämmittää timpureitten asuntovaunua. Talossa on vielä pari aukkoa, eli 1 ikkuna puuttuu ja 1 ovi puuttuu. Nämä aukot peitetty vain muoveilla tällä hetkellä.

Kellari näyttäisi pitävän lämpöä yllättävän hyvin. Kellarissa on yksi iso jääkaappikylmiö, joka ilmeisesti tuottaa lämpöä jonkin verran. Silti lämpömittari näytti edelleen +20C saunan puolella ja noin +18C kodinhoitohuoneessa (jossa myös se vanha jääkaappi seisoo tällä hetkellä). Kosteusprosentti oli noussut aikalailla. Ulkoilman kosteus on 94%.

Kellarissa lämmöt pois viikon ja lämpötila +20C ja kosteusprosentti 90%. Kosteus näyttää tiivistyvän kellariin, jos lämpötilat laskevat. Kun laitoin saunan kiukaaseen tulet, lämpötila nousi +30C ja kosteusprosentti pieneni 80%:iin.

    • Yksi havainto tästä ”kokeilusta” oli myös se, että vaikka sisätiloissa oli kellarin osalta melko normaali huonelämpö ja vaikka hormipellit olivat auki, niin silti ilmastointi ei pelkästään tällä tavalla ”painovoimaisesti” kovin tehokasta näyttänyt olevan.

      Kosteusprosentti putosi oleellisesti muutamassa tunnissa, kun kiukaassa oli tuli ja kun lämpötila nousi (yli normaalin huonelämmön).

      Jos asumisaikana talossa lämmitys häiriintyy, esim. pitkäaikaisen tai toistuvan sähkökatkon takia, (voisiko sellainen tulla seuraavan 100v aikana?), niin talon pitää siitä selviytyä ja toipua. Eli materiaalit sisälle pitää valita niin, että ne kestävät myös kosteutta tarvittaessa.

      Järkevää saattaisi olla myös pitää kellarin lämpötilaa aste tai pari muuta taloa korkeammalla, niin kosteus ei oikein voi silloin tiivistyä kellariin.
