    Se pumppu tosiaan on pakko olla siellä pohjalla, koska imemällä vesi ei nouse riittävän syvältä. Ja se on varmaa, että se pumppu ei kestä ikuisesti. Susikappale voi hajota vuoden sisällä. Eli kyllä se täytyy pystyä vaihtamaan.

    Mikä kaivon reiän halkaisija tulee olemaan? Meillä ainakin reikä no niin pieni (140mm?), että tuskin sinne mitään pumppua edes saisi työnnettyä. Kaksi kaivoa olisi paras, mutta sitähän ei tiedä kuinka syvälle pitää porata, että sieltä vettä löytyy ja muutenkin porakaivon hinnalla ostaa vettä aika monta vuotta kunnalta.

    • Porakaivopumput ovat yllättävän kapeita, yleensä halkaisija on vähän alle 100 mm. Ehkä pienimmän riskin tie on se, että porataan ensin matala, noin 20-30 metrinen reikä. Jos sinne tulee vettä, sitten poraushomma seis. Lämpökaivo kannattaa porata erikseen ja vasta asumisaikana. Mutta jos vettä ei suht matalaan kaivoon ala tulla, tehdään sitten reiästä 200 metrinen ja se toimii sitten aikanaan lämpökaivona. Se on myös aivan totta, että ei vuosittainen vesi paljon maksa ostettunakaan. Jos vesilasku 10 vuodessa on luokkaa 5000-6000 euroa, niin puolet siitä summasta täytyy riittää porakaivokokeilulle juomaveden osalta. Muuten tässä vaihtoehdossa ei ole taloudellisesti mitään järkeä.     Kirjoituksesi ovat monesti pitkiä, mutta sen verran mielenkiintoisia, että pitävät otteessaan loppuun saakka. En voi väittää olevani porakaivoasiantuntija, mutta ehdotan nyt kuitenkin seuraavaa: Tee alle sadan metrin kaivo ja ota juomavesi sieltä. Maalämmön keruuputkiston voi varmaan pihatöiden yhteydessä kaivaa nurmikon alle mutkittelemaan tai sitten otat suoraan ilma-vesi-lämpöpumpun. Olen itse harkinnut tuollaista ilma-vesi-pumppua, mutta ainakin aluksi lähdetään liikkeelle aurinkokeräimillä ja vesitakalla. Kuten sanoit, kotitalousvähennyksiä ei ole syytä väheksyä…

      Kotitalousvähennysten osalta alkuperäinen ajatus oli ottaa poramies paikalle marras-joulukuussa, ja projektia keskeyttämättä maalämpöpumpun asennus heti seuraavan tammikuun alkuun. Kotitalousvähennystä saa nykyisillä säännöksillä 4500€ per vuosi, jolloin jos ottaa vuoden vaihteen projektin keskelle, vähennysten määrä nousee helposti 9000 euroon. Koko paketin hinta on nyt saatujen tarjousten perusteella 17000 euroa. 200 metrinen reikä maksaa noin 5000 euroa. Tämän hetkisen pohdintani perusteella kannattaa porata siihen viereen noin 20-30 metriä lisää erillistä reikää juomavesikaivoa varten. Sitten ei ole pumppu ja keruuputket sekaisin samassa kaivossa. Ehkä parempi niin?
