Lämpötila- ja sähkönkulutuskäppyrät ekan 6kk asumisen ajalta. Kuukausien vaihtumisen huomaa helpoiten keltaisen kuukauden keskilämpötilaa kuvaavan käyrän pykälistä. Seurantajakson korkein kk-keskilämpötila oli marraskuussa +6,3C ja kylmintä oli tammikuussa, jolloin oli -1,0C.

Mitä tästä nyt sitten pitäisi nähdä?

No ainakin tämä oli hyvä vuosi ilmalämpöpumpun omistajille Etelä-Suomessa. Ilmalämpöpumpulla on voinut lämmittää käytännössä ympäri vuoden, muutamia yksittäisiä päiviä lukuun ottamatta.

Punaisesta käppyrästä näkyy, ettei vuorokauden keskilämpötila kovin montaa kertaa kovin alhaalla käynyt. Alle -5C keskilämpötiloihin päästiin tarkkailujaksolla 15 kertaa eli yhteensä parisen viikkoa, ja näistä päivistä neljänä päivänä keskilämpötila sukelsi alle -10C. Kaikkein kylmin vuorokausi eli -17,4C oli 29.12.2014. Puolivuotiskauden lämpimin päivä, keskilämpötilaltaan +12,0C oli lokakuun 10. päivä 2014.

Myös yksi meidän talon osalta mielenkiintoinen hetki sattui juurikin joulun pyhille. Silloin talo jäi useammaksi päivää tyhjilleen, se kulutti melkoiset määrät sähköä joka päivä – mutta jäähtyi silti. Kotiin palatessamme vähän huoneesta riippuen lämpötilat vaihteli +14 – +16C välillä.

Kotiin tullessa laitettiin tietysti takkoihin ja saunan pesään heti tulet, ja käännettiin lattialämmitys täysille. Lattia tuntuikin jaloissa aika mukavan lämpöiseltä, kun siellä kiersi +40C lämpöinen vesi. Tämän seurauksena kaikkien aikojen suurin sähkönkulutus sattui kotiin paluun jälkeiselle päivälle eli 28.12.2014. Sähköä kului silloin yhteensä 190,52 kWh.

Sähkönkulutus jatkui suurena vielä toisenkin päivän, eli 29.12.2014 sähköä meni vielä 175,69 kWh – jolloin samalle päivälle sattui myös koko talven kylmin päivä, kun pakkasta oli likemmäs -20C. Mutta samaan aikaan talossa oli jo vähän liiankin kuuma, kun kotiinpaluun yhteydessä lämpötilan palautus meni pikkuisen yli…

Siinä tilanteessa tuli mieleen 2 asiaa, että avataanko ikkunoita vai laitetaanko lattialämmityksen kiertovesipumppu kokonaan pois päältä? Valitsin jälkimmäisen ja sitten jäin miettimään, että tarvitseeko sen pumpun jatkossakaan enää olla päällä muuta kuin öiseen aikaan? Tammikuussa sitten kutsuttiinkin sähkömies paikalle, ja lattialämmitys laitettiin kellon taakse, ja toimimaan vain 10h vuorokaudessa klo 21:00 – 07:00 välisenä aikana. Silloin käytössä on halvempi hintaista yösähköä.

Lämpötilat sahasivat tammikuussa vielä muutamia kertoja reippaasti pakkaselle, mutta kello-ohjauksesta johtuen yhtä suuria sähkönkulutuksen huippuja ei enää tullut. Polttopuuta varmastikin kului enempi mitä ennen, koska koko ajan talossa on pidetty samaa lämpötilaa. Syksyllä ja vielä joulukuussakin tosin ongelma oli se, ettei voitu käyttää takkaa niin paljon kuin olisi haluttu, koska muuten olisi tullut liian kuuma. Ja iltaisin on kuitenkin mukava takkatulen ääressä istuskella… Ihminen ilmeisesti tykkää luontaisesti katsoa elävää tulta tai liikkuvaa vettä, jos ikkunasta on meri/järvi/joki tms. vesistönäkymät.

Toistaiseksi viimeisen kerran yli 100 kWh vuorokausikulutukseen päästiin 22.2.2015. Aika erikoisia vuorokausipylväitä on myös aivan jakson alussa, kun taloon muutettiin syys-lokakuun vaihteessa. Välittömästi muuttoviikonlopun jälkeisellä viikolla kulutus oli keskiviikkona 1.10.2014 yht. 132,82 kWh ja sitä seuraavana torstaina 113,28 kWh.

En tiedä mistä tämä sitten mahtoi johtua?

Ehkä taloa lämmitettiin raksa-ajoista asumisaikaisiin lämpötiloihin, ja ehkä myöskin muuttotouhuista johtuen ulko-ovet olivat aika paljon auki, ja lämpöä pääsi harakoille. Sinänsä asialla ei ole mitään merkitystä, mutta kummallisen korkeita nuo 2 lokakuun pylvästä kuitenkin ovat, koska seuraavan kerran yli 100 kWh:n tason päästiin vasta joulun pyhien aikana, kun talo jäi tyhjilleen ja kun takkaa ei käytetty moneen päivään.

Tuolla aiemmin maaliskuun käppyröistä kertoessani jo kirjoitin, niin ekan puolen vuoden aikana sähköä meillä kului yhteensä 10159 kWh. Ja että polttopuita (enimmäkseen kuusipuuta) on käytetty samaan aikaan 7-8 pinokuutiota. Jos sama määrä energiaa olisi haluttu kunnon polttopuista, olisi pitänyt hankkia 5 kuutiota koivuklapia. Se määrä olisi pk-seudun markkinahinnoin maksanut noin 500 euroa. Puolen vuoden sähköt kustansivat reilun tonnin – lokakuun alusta helmikuun lopun tilanteeseen tarkalleen ottaen 977,67€. Maaliskuun lasku ei ole vielä saapunut, mutta kun se tulee, se lienee pikkuisen päälle sata euroa.

Seuraava puolivuotinen menee varmaankin lämmityksen osalta selvästi halvemmalla.
